• Up to 2 coordination meetings prior to event date

Additional Information

Any vendors welcome. Check out our vendors page for a list of local vendors we highly recommend.  A dance floor will be required to be rented for dancing.

The farmhouse can be used for the bride to dress and will also be used as a “holding” area for bridal party prior to the ceremony.  Guests are not allowed in the farmhouse. 

A “reservation retainer” of $500 is required to reserve your event date.  The remaining balance for venue rental is due 30 days prior to the event date. Monthly payments can be arranged if needed.

Liability insurance for the event will be required for all days that the client and hired vendors will be on the property (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).  We recommend www.theeventhelper.com for your event insurance.
